How does NetworkPulse work?

The process of generating insights on Network Pulse is designed to be fast, precise, and seamless for both clients and experts.

Step 1: Asking the Question

Clients begin by typing a short question, usually no more than three parts, and tagging it with relevant keywords such as industry, geography, or area of expertise. These tags help ensure that the question is routed to the most relevant experts.

Step 2: Smart Matching with AI

Once submitted, our proprietary AI-driven algorithm goes to work. It matches the tags of the question with expert profiles and uses advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) to scan expert bios for relevant lines, phrases, and context. This dual-layered approach ensures that the question reaches the best-placed experts.

Step 3: Expert Response

Matched experts receive an email notification inviting them to answer. They can then craft a concise, actionable response of up to 800 characters—a process that typically takes only a few minutes.

Step 4: Quality Assurance

Every response is automatically screened by the platform for plagiarism, grammar, and formatting errors, ensuring that clients receive professional, high-quality insights.

Step 5: Client Dashboard & Next Steps

Approved responses appear directly on the client’s dashboard within minutes. From there, clients can:

  • Review and compare expert answers.

  • Assess expertise based on professional profiles and platform ratings.

  • Engage further by scheduling a Pulse Call or launching a Pulse Project with the experts of their choice.
