In early 2024, Enquire AI and Uzabase entered into an agreement agreeing to the transfer of certain Enquire assets and contracts to Uzabase. This took place on or around May 31, 2024 (the “Closing Date”). On the Closing Date, your expert profile and agreement with Enquire AI regarding Network Pulse and Pulse call etc., was assigned to Uzabase USA, Inc., a company of the Uzabase group. As a result of this transfer, Uzabase started engaging experts directly, through their platform.
The experts who have signed up with us still have the opportunity to continue to engage with Enquire AI, its affiliates, and its clients by accepting a new Terms of Service, which was sent to you as an email notice and will be available to review & accept the next time you login to our platform. We will operate as usual and supply projects to experts, like Network Pulse, Pulse Calls, and more.
