How do I apply a coupon code during checkout?

1. Login to app.enquire.ai with your Enquire user credentials.
2. Navigate to My Account under the user menu.
3. Click the Subscription tab.

4. Note that coupon codes apply to a specific billing plan. Be sure to click Start Trial for the billing plan that the coupon code applies to - Annual or Monthly. If you don't select the plan to which the coupon applies, you will receive an error message during checkout.

   

5. You will be redirected to a Stripe payment page. On the left side of the page, click Add promotion code.

   

6. Enter the promotion code you were provided and click Apply. You will see the discount applied to the billing plan amount. 

   

7. Continue with your purchase by entering your payment details on the right side of the checkout page. Accepted payment methods are credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

   

8. Click Start trial to complete the purchase. You will not be billed until after the free trial period has ended. 

9. If the payment method is authorized successfully you will see a success message before being automatically redirected to the PRO dashboard. If it is not authorized successfully, you will be prompted to verify your card details or enter a new payment method.
